Innovative Drip Irrigation System with Advanced NUTRICOMPACT Fertigation

We are delighted to be able to share some exciting news with you about the system created for BESANA ELITE located in Cabezo de Torres, Murcia, which has 13,62 ha dedicated to lemon crops. In our on-going commitment to efficiency and sustainability, we have set up a drip irrigation system that uses advanced fertigation that is changing the way that lemons are grown in the orchards.

This innovative drip irrigation system not only helps conserve water by providing each plant with exactly the right amount, it also incorporates a fertigation process that directly supplies the roots of the lemon trees with nutrients. This precision approach guarantees a healthy and sustainable growth of the lemons and it optimizes the use of the resources at the same time.

THE PROJECT DEVELOPED AT THE ORCHARD HAS:

A pump system control
An automatic ring filter system
An advanced Nutricompact fertilizer system
On-site solenoid valves controlled remotely via radio

And this is all controlled by an Advanced SupraControl Automated System.

The advantages of this project include the capacity to adapt to the specific needs of each tree. The advanced fertigation technology automatically adjusts the composition of the nutrients according to the soil conditions and the growth stages of the lemon trees. Not only does this improve the quality of the fruit, it also maximizes the efficiency of the agricultural supplies.
