After consolidating the drip and automatic irrigation systems, agriculture is now going into its fourth stage. Modern methods are being introduced that assess what is going on beneath the ground, to interpret each situation and make coherent decisions accordingly.

Hermisan has established a collaborative partnership with Wise Irrisystem S.L., a leading agrotechnology company, to share its products and research work. This is how Hermisan can provide its clients with the system to measure the water that is available for the plant at all times, using soil moisture sensors in the ground.

With this reading the soil moisture retention curve in each area can be established, the data can be interpreted and the most appropriate decision can be made on the fertigation at any given moment. The information about this new system, its recordings and statistics are incorporated into the Hermisan SUPRACONTROL hydrocomputer.
