Hermisan has completed the successful installation of a new project for our client VIVEROS LA SALA, in San Pedro del Pinatar, Murcia, specialist in horticultural plants and grafts.
The use of grafts allows to fight effectively against pests and diseases of the soil, increasing the yield of crops. Semilleros La Sala was founded in 1989 with the purpose of supplying the growing need for horticultural plants in the area, and was born with a cultivation area of 14,000 square meters of Mediterranean-style greenhouses.
Since then, extensions and constant improvements have been made, up to the present day, like the one carried out on this occasion by Hermisan, which increases the production area 10,000 m2, with an irrigation capacity of up to 100 m3 / h. This extension is integrated by modern facilities that include pumping, automated filtration, fertigation, window control, screens, hot water heating, etc.
